PARTY ROOM

 

Whitminster House Self-Catering Cottages offers guests who book the West Wing and Old Stables FREE use of the Party Room adjoining the Old Stables. 

​

For celebrating a special occasion with family and friends, organising work-bonding weekends and seminars, running creative workshops (drawing & painting, flower-arranging, felt-making, wine-tasting...), playing together undercover if the weather outside is less than ideal, or just stretching out and relaxing, the Party Room offers a sizeable additional space in which to make the most of your time together, at no extra cost.

FACILITIES

​

The Party Room seats up to 40/45 (max 50 including the small Conservatory) at trestle tables, which can be folded away for activities or dancing. Additional crockery, cutlery and glasses plus fridges and freezers are provided.

​

There is a range cooker in the Old Stables next door, or a selection of Caterers we can recommend, who will either deliver or serve meals in the Party Room. 

There is also a good choice of local takeaways available within 2 miles, and a pub less than a mile away along a country lane.

Wines: we can put your order through our trade accounts with Wholesalers for free delivery and the convenience of sale- or-return.

Parking: There is ample parking in the yard shared with the West Wing and overflow parking in the old Rose Garden nearby.
