​​- If booking the West Wing Apartment together with the Old Stables for a special Celebration, you will have access to the FREE Party Room /Dining Room, complete with additional crockery and cutlery, which you can decorate to make your merrymaking even more memorable

- All accommodations are fully-equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.     

Some properties have open fireplaces, with logs available @ £3.50 per bag – please see individual Cottages for details.

 

- Children: Up to 3 Cots & high chairs can be provided, subject to availability; no charge, but please book in advance. We are not permitted to provide Cot linen. Please bring stair-gates if required.   Adults must take full responsibility for keeping children safe. 
 

- Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome @ £15 per week or @ £7.50 per Weekend/Short Break, but not on furniture or in bedrooms please, and should not be left alone in the properties.
 

- Heating: with the exception of the West Wing (see details) all Cottages have Economy 7 night storage heating and some additional heating appliances are provided.

- N.B. The West Wing has a High staircase,  and the Old Stables has water at the bottom of the garden.  Adults must take full responsibility for keeping children safe at all times.
